Objective of the Policy

Our goal is to vigilantly prevent money laundering and terrorism financing, thus minimizing reputational, legal, and regulatory risks. We maintain a strong commitment to social responsibilities by preventing serious crimes and ensuring our systems are not misused.

We stay informed of both national and international initiatives to combat money laundering and terrorism financing, ensuring our organization and its operations remain protected.

Player Identification Program

We undertake meticulous steps to identify anyone using our service. This includes:

- Verifying player identity during account registration as per our General Terms and Conditions.
- Maintaining a secure, online list of all registered players.
- Collecting essential identification information such as date of birth, full name, residence, email address, username, and password.
- Requiring additional verification documents for transactions exceeding EUR 2,000 or when cumulative deposits reach this threshold.

Methods of additional verification may include checks with reporting agencies, financial institutions, or obtaining financial statements.

Continuous Transaction Due Diligence

We closely monitor all account activity, particularly complex, large, or unusual transactions likely linked to money laundering or terrorism financing. Monitoring includes:

- Daily review of transactions exceeding EUR 1,000.
- Detailed scrutiny of wire transfers to/from high-risk locations or financial secrecy havens.
- Immediate notification and investigation of any suspicious activity by our AML Compliance Officer.

Suspicious Transactions and Reporting

Our AML Compliance Officer is responsible for:

- Reporting transactions that involve any person included on terrorism or sanctions lists.
- Identifying transactions that may involve proceeds from illegal activities.
- Ensuring that the Company uses only non-cash and electronic payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, sticking strictly to methods approved by regulators and ensuring that payouts return via the same payment route where possible.

Our third-party payment processors are also held to high standards of monitoring to ensure compliance with these policies.

Record-Keeping

Records of financial transactions are maintained according to data protection and retention requirements specific to the jurisdiction of The Autonomous Island of Anjouan.
