If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided by Mosquito Group LTD., there are several options available to address your concerns:
- Direct Contact: You can ask your question or submit your complaint directly to Mosquito Group LTD. by emailing [email protected]. Please provide a detailed description of your issue, and we will respond within 72 hours.
- Licensing Authority: You can also file a complaint directly with our licensing authority, Anjouan Gaming. To do this, please click on the licensing icon located at the bottom of this page.- Independent Regulatory Bodies: Players have the right to lodge complaints with independent regulatory bodies.
Resolution Process:
- The complaint resolution process concludes if the customer’s issue remains unresolved eight weeks after receipt by the Company, or if a deadlock or final position is reached in less than eight weeks.
