DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided by Mosquito Group LTD., there are several options available to address your concerns:

- Direct Contact: You can ask your question or submit your complaint directly to Mosquito Group LTD. by emailing [email protected]. Please provide a detailed description of your issue, and we will respond within 72 hours.

- Licensing Authority: You can also file a complaint directly with our licensing authority, Anjouan Gaming. To do this, please click on the licensing icon located at the bottom of this page.

- Independent Regulatory Bodies: Players have the right to lodge complaints with independent regulatory bodies.

Resolution Process:

- The complaint resolution process concludes if the customer’s issue remains unresolved eight weeks after receipt by the Company, or if a deadlock or final position is reached in less than eight weeks.

- At the end of this process, Mosquito Group LTD. will issue a final letter outlining: a. The final decision, b. Confirmation that this concludes the operator’s complaint process, and c. Instructions on how to escalate the complaint to an independent Dispute Resolution (DR) entity if you wish to pursue the matter further.
