5. Refund Policy

5.8. If you decide to block your account while having real funds left on your balance, we advise you to create a withdrawal request first.

5.9. It is not possible to withdraw funds from a blocked account. If there is a refund request from a blocked account, the potential refund amount cannot exceed the sum of the deposits of the last gaming session.
