5. Refund Policy

5.8. If you decide to block your account while having real funds left on your balance, we advise you to create a withdrawal request first.

5.9. It is not possible to withdraw funds from a blocked account. If there is a refund request from a blocked account, the potential refund amount cannot exceed the sum of the deposits of the last gaming session.

5.10. After 30 (thirty) days from the moment the account was blocked, if there was no request for a refund, all funds remaining on the blocked account’s balance will be debited.
